7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • No stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks
  • Order number is required

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Approved returns will receive:

  • Store credit via email
  • A digital code for future purchases
  • Store credit that does not expire

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories 
  • Bodysuits
  • Gift cards
  • Holiday Items

All final sale items are marked at checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship your item back
  5. Receive your store credit via email once approved
