7-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be unwashed
- Items must have original tags attached
- No stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks
- Order number is required
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Approved returns will receive:
- Store credit via email
- A digital code for future purchases
- Store credit that does not expire
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
FINAL SALE ITEMS
